What is the combination of model, view and controller called?

While working on a project that uses the Model-View-Controller design pattern I frequently stumble upon a semantics problem when describing the structure of the project.

What word do you use to refer to all three components?

For example when saying something like I have added <word>. when what I mean to say is I have added the model, view and controller.
