Message sending design

I need to design a solution to a problem. Two instance of a class should send and receive some messages (string) between them synchronously i..e Ins1 send to Ins2, Ins2 receives and sends back to Ins1, Ins1 receives and sends to 2. This should continue for predefined count of messages.
