Acyclic Visitor without RTTI

While reading the Modern C++ Design book I've been thinking about an approach to implement Acyclic Visitor without dynamic_cast. I've also compared the run-times of Cyclic vs Acyclic Visitors... Cyclic Visitor is almost 10 times faster.

So how does it look, the Acyclic Visitor without RTTI? Something with Boost ctti?
