Is it possible to extend/modify the functionality of an angular app after it is compiled and packaged

We have a legacy monolith product which has a java backend and angular apps embedded in JSP frontend. This product is used by multiple customers who want to customize some functionality of the angular app on their end. The required added functionality is very basic, for example: adding a button on the angular app/page to do some activity which needs some data from angular the app.

I have trying to find a way to provide some hook from angular app to enable the customers to achieve these customizations. Any ideas on JS/angular side would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

I have tried to find any plugin method that angular might support. But couldnt find any for a compiled package.
