Where to Learn GOF Patterns For C#

I want to learn GOF Patterns. I have searched on the internet but i didn't find any good tutorials for beginners . I found some but they are very hard to understand. because i never use any patterns in my life.in our company we never use any patterns in our projects.we still use web forms so you can understand about the company . These days i'm learning MVC .i want to learn patterns please help me to find any good tutorials (video is better if you have any)
