The term for describing the framework automatic process

I want the term, that describes the feature of a framework to automatically perform some task if the user follows a specific pattern in coding or file structure.

Eg. Various frameworks will automatically include the files in a controller directory, and you need not manually include/require them, provided that they (the files) are written as per the frameworks required design.

I remember something along the lines of magic methods but I seem to be mistaken.

Note:- I am not talking about autoloader.
