c# design pattern confusion

Dears,

I am developing simple FormDesigner application and it will be possible to save contents into XML. Then I will develop another application which should read this XML, parse and render and start working. I want to share the same object model between Designer and Client application. Object Model - it will consist custom UI controls. Do you have any knowledge on such pattern or framework?
