Java Regex to get part of a string

I'm trying to use regular expression to get different parts of a string.

eg: "(HD, 1080p) The Town Of Cups (2003).mov" or "Playing It Like A Pensioner (2012) (HD, 1080p).flv"

I've managed to get the HD and year parts individually, but could not build a pattern to just get the name "The town of cups".

I know I can use matcher.replaceAll to replace the matched quality and year with a blank text"" but I need to do it without using it, any help?
