To develop an iOS app for deaf / hear loss for learing pronunciation in visual GUI [on hold]

The iOS app can help the deaf / hear loss people to learn / improve pronunciation by displaying their voice after visualize into some pattern.

Because I'm a newbie in developing iOS app & audio processing, I want more examples / documents for reference. * C# code should be better.
