HUGE database application

I am assigned a task to migrate the current application(no architecture) to an application with proper architecture. The database is in TB's and tables are exceeding 500 count. so it won't be feasible to use Models. and I have to Use ADO.NET. with current stored procedures of SQL DB. Please suggest me some steps or architecture on how to achieve this task. P.S The application requirements keep changing day to day
