Creating reusable UICollectionView inside ViewPager (DesignPattern)

I want to create Home screen that look like twitter ( when user swipe left or right he reload the UICollection data)

So what's the best practice(also step to follow) for creating reusable UICollectionView with viewPager in storyboard that allow me to maintain my code structure easily updatable and clean.

Note, this is the first time I use UICollection and ViewPager and I want to learn good programming practice and methodology Thanks.
