Using multiple design paradigms in a single project - iOS

I'll be build new app from scratch but the thing is that i have trouble deciding which design paradigm should i follow,

The issue is that the project requirements have variety on how complex it is,

For example some screen would have single ui component that doesn't do much might use MVC here,

Others is super complex that might produce "massive view controller" so maybe consider using VIPER or MVVM.

So my question is

• Is it good or bad practice to use multiple design paradigms in a single project?
• Whats the pros and cons of using multiple design paradigms?
