Laravel starting point template project

I am looking for a robust "starting point" or "template" project to develop a business application. Our project is a web application but I have to migrate it. (I can't start the development from scratch)

I would like to start the development with some robust project, with several patterns , such as repositories, IOC/DI, mappers, business services layer, so on. In addition, I need to use TDD and some kind of multi-language implementation too. The application has to have several APIs and something like 50 web pages. It is not going to be a CMS system.

I saw some products like backpackforlaravel or quickadmin but I don't have experience with those products at all.

Could someone give me a suggestion ?
