Spring-MVC Singleton Pattern Controller to ligin user

I am currently developing a spring mvc 4.3.4 javaEE application and i want your opinion about to use or not the Singleton .."anti.. Pattern to desing my login controller.

Is it going to make my code better or it will turn out to be an overkill ?
