I want to know the way to rotate the graph. (to find patterns in the graph)

1.by using load function, i load this. 2.i should draw a graph of data. (see graph and i should find some patterns) **in this process,my tutor said dx=0.54mm, dy=0.08mm but i don't know what it means.*

the reason why i want to know the way to rotate the graph is to find patterns. can you help me?
