Reference projects for Python

New to Python. Going thru the usual resources (stackoverflow, official tutorial, a few books, idiomatic python, a few recommended jupyter notebooks etc). Also spending a lot of time reading python code. I am finding that there is a really huge variation in writing styles (which is maybe true for all languages) but makes figuring out and emulating the better coding styles and best practices a bit difficult.

Can someone recommend the best projects, that you have seen on github, that have an ideal codeline? Projects that apply the right pattern, are very readable, maintainable... essentially following the 'clean code' practices.

[I hope this question doesn't come across as too generic. I am looking for specific recommendations on near ideal projects that you have encountered for python 3.x]
