delegate class for network management operation in ios

Suppose I am working in class A. From class A I want to call the web service and get back the data from some common class say NetworkManager. This NetworkManager class I want to use in other classes also.

I know this is very common question. But, I am very confused with this. If anyone can help me by giving an example.

I want to use NSURLSession class.
