Model View ViewModel and Controller Pattern Structure

I'm looking for a structure (similar to the ones on SourceMaking--example: http://ift.tt/1IGgCU7) for the Model View ViewModel Pattern and Model View Controller Pattern, but I can't seem to find a website that shows a structure diagram as detailed as that one. Does anyone know where I can find a more detailed and complete one?
